RACHEL L. RICHTER, LMHC
Holistic psychotherapy for individuals, families, and relationships
Have a particular life challenge you’re trying to overcome? Sometimes, seeking help is the best way to put things into perspective, and move both through and forward with support and confidence. As a committed, professional therapist in both Kirkland and beautiful Skagit county, your well-being and mental health is my number one priority...and I look forward to guiding you through all of life’s challenges. I offer all my clients holistic assessment and referral, as well as attachment-based therapy. I am passionate about nutrition, self-care practices, and have extensive training in trauma recovery, addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, and personality disorders. When you choose to work with me, you will receive the attention and care you deserve.
SERVICES I OFFER
I thrive when working with people who are MOTIVATED to get unstuck, and to change something about themselves and their lives. I will work with ANYONE regardless of age, socioeconomic status, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or marital status. In order to accommodate diverse needs, I am available for half, full, or extended sessions, home sessions, evening and weekend appointments, as well as teletherapy. Additionally, I offer a 25-minute complimentary in-person consultation to potential clients.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VISIT
Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. In our therapy sessions, I will promote real transformation by helping you connect first to yourself and God, and then to others. Whether you’re going through anxiety and depression, parenting challenges, a hard relationship, work-related stress, experiencing loss, disappointment, or grief, or trying to overcome an addiction - we will work together to find a way through your past hurts to a deeper and more fulfilling present, and a hopeful future.
