I created a list during the pandemic of FREE and EASY practices to help with situational anxiety and depression. These are for temporary dips during periods of adjustment, and can help with chronic conditions, as well. As always, please consult your medical (including mental health) care providers for guidance. It's been a very challenging few months for many/most of the people I know, and I thought this might be of use. Pass it around, if you would like!
